To promote the launch of Grow Wild’s grow-your-own edible oyster mushroom kits, I produced a ‘How To’ video with YouTube growing wizard Hannah Grows. Shooting it in her kitchen at home, gave it a relaxed and personal touch, suited to the brief. â€‹

The brief: To capture Grow Wild's antics at Latitude Festival in photos and a 1 min video for social media.

It was a lovely, fun environment to work in with great energy from the Grow Wild team and festival goers visiting the stall

Lush

LUSH & GROW WILD

I photographed the brand collaboration between Grow Wild and LUSH at their flagship store in Oxford Circus.

 

Visitors sowed wild flowers seeds in hundreds of recycled Lush pots over Mother's Day weekend. The collaboration saw visitors to the Lush, Oxford Street store in London sow wild flowers in hundreds of recycled Lush pots, to take home and watch them grow, or to give to their mum. It went down a treat with all involved... Just look at those happy faces!

This was the first of many Grow Wild projects, with some of my work featured on Heart Radio's website.

Youth Engagement

GROW WILD YOUTH ENGAGEMENT VIDEOS

GET CREATIVE // TRANSFORM A SPACE

 

The brief: To work alongside two young people to script, shoot and edit two videos using their original ideas, to be used on social media to promote Grow Wild’s funding opportunities for young people aged 12-25.   

​

An additional edit was also required using a Welsh voiceover artist, for specific Wales youth targeting on social media.

​

The outcome: The videos connected with their intended audience and resulted in Grow Wild funding 20 Get Creative projects and 23 Transform a Space projects from young people aged 12-25 across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in 2017; an increase on previous years.

Lottery

NATIONAL LOTTERY

FLOWERS TO THE PEOPLE!

When Grow Wild asked me whether I wanted to follow 4 people in green morph suits with wild flowers on their heads round London for the day capturing their antics - I couldn't say anything but yes! 

 

​The brief: To create images for press and a video to be used on social media by Grow Wild, to promote their nomination for 'Best Environmental Project’ at National Lottery Awards 2016.

 

The outcome: This video formed part of a campaign which saw Grow Wild gain 23,493 public votes, winning the National Lottery award for 'Best Environmental Project’ 2016.
